Other Grantees

In 2022 and 2023, our Grant Committee has identified several new community organizations doing important work in our city.  These organizations are able to efficiently use grants to start or expand new programing in key areas. Recent grantees include:

•  Housing Plus, where our support helped provide resident kids with needed school supplies. The organization helps women and their families access long-term stable housing and connects them with needed services.
• YSOP where it funds more youth learning and youth-senior interaction.
• Uptown Paddling which introduces children and youth to kayaking and water safety in Upper Manhattan.
• Team TLC NYC, the New York affiliate of the nation-wide immigrant service and outreach effort, Grannies Respond/Abuelas Responden. The organization helps immigrants clothe their families and works with city agencies to provide necessary services.
