To honor his spirit, The Forrest Church Award for Humanitarian Service is given to a person who demonstrates a similar capacity for courage and selflessness while being influential for the betterment of the world in which we live. Prior recipients of the Forrest Church award include Former United States President Bill Clinton and Former President of Ireland and United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mary Robinson.
